We currently ship our products across India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹499
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our delivery partner’s website.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 7 PM on working days.
6. Undelivered Orders
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you for a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
