Returns and Cancelation Policy

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products (multivitamins, calcium gummies, Vitamin C , Vitamin D3 and other health supplements], we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product received

To be eligible for a return in the above cases:

  • You must raise a request within 48hrs of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide photo/video proof of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Process the refund to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7 to 10 working days
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit, as per your preference.

Note: Refunds will be issued only after we verify and accept the returned item (if applicable).

Return/Replacement Non-Acceptance Conditions

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns/replacements.

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Any wrong ordering or partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for return.
  • We shall not be liable for refunds/replacements for any incidental liquid leakage up to 25% of total product quantity as it may be a result of evaporation or courier handling etc.
  • Leakages above 25% shall be covered under our return/replacement policy.
  • Anything missing from the package related to the product including price tags, labels, invoice, original packaging of product, parcel box, freebies and accessories.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage by the customer.
  • Any item that has been used or the seal is broken.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Delays caused by courier services (unless the product is damaged or missing).
  • Personal dislike or change of preference after delivery.

We assure you that all products sold on Conuts are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

To cancel, please email or call our customer support with your order number.

Other cancellations

Conuts also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.

Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:

  • Non-availability of the product ordered by you
  • Errors in pricing information
  • Non-availability of the quantities ordered by you
  • Any other reason beyond the control of Conuts

Replacement Policy

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement after verification by our team. If the issue raised by the customer doesn’t meet the conditions. Conuts reserves the right to decline the replacement.
